Right now I can only find a way for members from the USA to get this dress. If you are from the USA, follow these steps:
- Go to Stardoll and log in.
- Go here: http://www.stardoll.com/en/campaigns/monster-high/
- Scroll down until you see this:
Select a friend and invite her/him to the club. Go to your suite. The dress will be in a Monster High bag!
I will try to find a manual proxy/web proxy so others can get this too!
